Carrier Commercial Services is the service arm of Carrier, the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.  It provides related controls for home comfort, business systems and services, and industrial and transportation applications, as well as, aftermarket services and components for both the HVAC and refrigeration industries.  Carrier is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation (NYSE:UTX).

Carrier i-Vu™ is a building automation system that offers an intuitive user interface and powerful control features. Your building can be accessed from anywhere in the world using a standard web browser, eliminating the need for special software on the workstation. Through a browser you can access all building management functions including:

• setting and changing schedules,
• adjusting set points and other control properties,
• graphically trending important building conditions,
• viewing and acknowledging alarms, and
• running reconfigured reports on energy usage, occupant overrides, tenant billing, and much more.
