National Account Manager
Blue Ridge Technologies International, a dynamic and privately held company with excellent career opportunities, is seeking a National Account Manager with a track record of delivering results. We specialize in integrated lighting control that is base upon an open architecture to bring our partners and clients a comprehensive energy management and productivity solution. The products we design, manufacture and support are applicable to virtually all industries and types of organizations and provide a unique opportunity for growth and advancement over time.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- BA/BS in Business, Engineering or Technical Field
- Proven project management skills
- Must be able to read architectural, mechanical and electrical blueprints and have a solid understanding of basic electrical and mechanical control systems
- Must have a solid understanding of the industry protocols used by targeted accounts – Modbus, BACnet, N2, LON, etc.
- Must have a solid understanding of network communications technology – Internet, Intranet, VPN, TCP/IP, Ethernet, etc.
- Must have at least three years of customer service or inside sales support and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and have at least 2 years experience with AutoCAD and Visio.
- Must be self motivated, team player, and have the ability to work unsupervised with minimal direction.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and an excellent listener
- Regular travel throughout the US is required, approximately 50% to 75%
